 Grass Clippings

​

This is just a friendly reminder to please "do not" blow/or sweep grass clippings into the street. This is a city ordinance (see info below). Grass/yard waste is washed down into our drains and will plug up the flow of water causing flooding in heavy rains. We appreciate your cooperation. Please remind your hired mowers to do the same.

This is a friendly reminder.  NO signs of any kind are allowed to be displayed at our entrances on Lake Forest Dr. and Garden Gate.  Feel free to display your signs in your individual yards for a reasaonable amount of time.

Trash cans

​

The city has an ordinance about trash cans being left curbside after your scheduled pickup.  Please help keep our neighborhood looking tidy by following the ordinance.  It reads as follows:

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or leave any residentail container, empty or otherwise, on or near the curb line after 8 p.m. on the designated collection day or prior to 8 P.m. on the day before the day designated for collection.

The Neighborhood Watch has been established for our

Lake Forest subdivision for a several years. 

As of October 2024, 92+ homes have signed up making that 50% of our neighborhood.
